How Does Pre-order Work?

Pre-order items are labeled as "PRE-ORDER" in red.
We have Coach items located in the United States, and will ship to Malaysia when you pre-order them.

Pre-order works like any other purchases.
The only difference between purchasing an available item and pre-ordered item is the longer waiting time.
It takes about 2 extra weeks to ship the pre-ordered item from USA to Malaysia.
 
For COD, a deposit of 50% is required before transaction occurs.
For shipping to home address, full payment is required before shipping occurs.

There are three ways to complete the transaction upon payment.
(1) We can ship the item directly to your home address from USA
(2) We can ship the item to Malaysia, handle it locally and complete the transaction via COD (if available).
(3) We can ship the item to Malaysia, handle it locally and then ship the item to you via local postal service (takes a longer time than Option (1) and (2))

There are no refunds to any canceled pre-ordered items.
Any duty import that might occur during the shipment of items from USA to your home address is the responsibility of the buyer.
