Q1. Why are your Coach bags so cheap?
We purchase Coach bags on sale in USA factory outlets and ship them to Malaysia in bulk.
This way we are able to offer fashion bags with AWESOME prices that are very much lower than retail stores in Malaysia.
Simply said, we love to share our enthusiasm for Coach with everyone else!

Q2. How do I know if your Coach bags are authentic?
All items are brand new with original price tags on. They are guaranteed authentic!
We also sometimes provide gift receipts for our bags.
Ask us for gift receipts and we will gladly send them to you together with the purchased item if available.

Q3. How long does shipping take?
For West Malaysia, upon payment of item, handling takes 1-2 business days and shipping 4-5 business days.
For East Malaysia, upon payment of item, handling takes 1-2 business days and shipping 6-7 business days.

Q4. Do you accept COD transaction?
Yes, we do for certain areas in the Klang valley / Kuala Lumpur area.
If you are not sure, just ask!
*For COD transaction, a deposit of 50% is required before the actual transaction.

Q5. Do you accept returns/exchanges?

No, unfortunately, we don't. Think of it this way, would you be happy to purchase something that was returned from a previous customer despite how new and wonderful the item looks? At "Your Coach Connection", we maintain the non exchangeable, returnable and refundable policy. 

Q6. Do I get Coach gift boxes, dust bag or paper bag for my purchase?

It depends on availability. If we have them in stock, we will be happy to throw it in together with your purchase as a complementary item (FOC).

Q7. Is there insurance coverage for shipping?

Yes, all you have to do is enquire about it. You can add on insurance for shipping at an additional fee.

Q8. I really like a Coach bag that I saw on the Coach retail website. Can I make a customized purchase?

Yes, please enquire for possibility of a customized purchase. Let us know what bag you are looking for (including the price you are willing to pay for it) and we will make a trip to the local US Coach store and hunt for it. This is not a guaranteed purchase and so no payment is required until we find the item that you have been looking for!
